As usual, the year 2020 has started with charming lights and cracker sounds. Every one of us was celebrating by flooding messages and phone calls without anticipating the surprise of the future.

Sister in law marriage

I was busy with my schedules as well. Additionally, also filled it with tasks, as my sister in law marriage was planned for early March. We have been circulating the wedding invitations to our friends and relatives.

Also, whenever we do hear the news about the Covid affected Chinese people do not forget to have pity on them, unfortunately knowing our hidden agenda!!. At the same time, my car gets into an accident during the invitation distribution ceremony. I was totally upset but unable to show my expressions, as my family might feel bad.

By god’s grace, I have overcome the hard situations. Days passed by. The marriage day approaches. I was physically and mentally engaged with the tasks. Marriage got over hassle-free.

Dad for the second time

In the meantime, I was taking care of my lovely wife and also preparing myself to hold the post of ‘dad’ for the second time. A lovely feel, right?

Until March, We never miss and go with the scheduled appointment and meet doctor personnel to know the update of our little prince/princess. Days were so exciting but so ordinary as usual until March 23.

PM of India on television

Still, I remember, on March 23rd, the PM of India appeared on the television to inform about the curfew. But we Indian citizens were always alert by anticipating something else is going to happen. Spontaneously, our mind gets prepared and applies the ant storage rule and was flying to buy all sorts of daily essentials and groceries. We were quite normal inside our residence when the news informs us about the Janta curfew.

Excitement of life

Most of you do agree with me if I would say that those 14 days of the curfew were so beautiful days in one’s life. Especially to me, I have enjoyed a lot with my elder son, who always misses me a lot. It was like a second honeymoon for me and my wife. We have discussed many things during these days.

An enthusiastic learner

Being an enthusiastic learner, I never forget to learn new things in my entire life so far. Adding a diamond to the crown, the curfew helped me to explore new things. I have learned the basics of video editing, the stock market, Digital marketing tools and techniques, and so on. Also, I have attended more webinars, workshops, podcasts, TEDx talks, and become a full-time learner using videos.

The gray part of the life

Days passed by. As everyone knows, every coin has two sides. Now the other side of life has started showing its horrible face. The news about the new virus has been filled everywhere.

Approaching a hospital is not that easy now. Our hospital denies our entry for the routine check too. They encourage us to use a telemedicine facility, if not an emergency. My mind was filled with fear, as I kept on thinking about the birth of the kid.

What else be the response, if you would have encountered the same situation!? Let us share and have a beautiful discussion here.

Intermission
